Hello, I'm Sauna Box.

Sauna Box was started by Tom who had the simple desire to leave the world a little bit happier and a little bit healthier. His passion for sauna had grown into a daily habit whilst living in London and when he moved back home to Norfolk​,​ he realised that sauna was the thing he missed most. He wanted to share his passion for sauna and could not think of a better place for a post sauna dip than the beautiful beaches of East Anglia. He and a friend built the first sauna trailer and they welcomed our first bathers in July 2021. Over the next year he's ran sauna pop ups all over Norfolk and Suffolk including taking saunas to Latitude festival​,​ working with some amazing local companies and has even fired up a sauna for the Estonian Embassy in the middle of Hyde Park. Sauna Box currently host two saunas on the East Anglian coast - one at Sheringham in Norfolk and one at Dunwich in Suffolk - whilst being one of the go to sauna build companies in the UK​,​ having helped many start their sauna business dream.
